I've been here over 5 years..the only work history they're gonna get is my Fiserv history and nothing more.
It's called profiling, cops can't do it but fi does.
Update your resume and get out! Gibbons is not making good hiring decisions. First Product tanked, then sales tanked under his watch and now his new thing is talent. He needs to go. He won't. So, I am out. The market is good, LOOK!
They told my group that for a solid two months. They shipped a bunch of VPs the Kansas City to review our profiles. Afterwards some small reorg but no one on my team laid off (yet). I’m not moving to KC unless they want to double my salary. I also had multiple internal interviews go nowhere and find out later the job is being opened to KC, after three rounds.
