Everywhere I look there are grads in Creechurch.
I feel sorry for whoever ends up looking after them because the manager took the cheap option and expects others to make it work.

How old were you when you were hired?
dell is banking on cheap and naïve new grads
always penny pinching and cost saving
This is why I left Dell. I was tired of watching very talented friends and colleagues laid off and replaced by university grads. I also stopped helping them onboard as I was an IC and not a trainer, coach or manager.
New company is very professional and has seasoned professionals employed for 10 plus year and counting. Not all places are like Dell. Reach out to your network and ask for references or jobs that may be available to you. Ask people if they can internally recomend you for a job. That matters. Good luck on your search!
Do you mean NGSA or small business?
I’m so fu--ing tired of the juniors only hiring. I thought we’re supposed to follow the industry and only have 10x engineers with ai. People who know stuff can’t get any work done having to constantly onboard for years.
