We didn’t stop reading after the first sentence…. We got a different email to you. Different parts of the business got different emails and are now on different 401(k) matching %. I have seen 2 different versions.
and people wonder why they wanna fire everyone. all the people who make us fat are really bad

Not reduced. If you read the email, it says instead of matching 1:1 for your 7% contribution, they will give you 3% and then match you 1:1 for your 4% contribution.
It's a better deal.
