With all the AI activity going on in Franklin, it prob be worth looking into unionizing. Lots of money being generated, lots of contractors being hired, lots of employees bouncing all over the floor to make happen. I imagine that a union organizer wouldn't pass up the opportunity.

Tread carefully.
Dell is the perfect place for a union. People who chose mediocrity and a stable paycheck to be lifers instead of the rat race.

With all the offshoring happening, I don't see unions saving jobs or increasing jobs. It's more like they slow down the rate of people being let go.
It's never been true capitalism for a long time. Governments have been interfering by doing things like overspending. I'm not a fan of any level of government choosing winners. The disparity between classes have never been greater.
Unions membership has been going down due to things like globalization, tech change etc.
Tread carefully. What benefit would a union have besides reducing your paycheck to pay union bosses who don’t really know what work is. And no union has ever been a net job creator. Except maybe for the nieces and nephews of the bosses.
Ask questions such as:
How does a union benefit me?
Can they really save jobs?
Can they protect the workers?
Will this lead to promotions and retention based on seniority and not merit?
