Alphabet (fka Google) has announced a return to hybrid work policy. Some geniuses figured out that being in the office full time does not increase productivity and leads to more stress. (These findings will soon be published in “Duh! Medical Journal”.
Seriously Google know when to admit they’re wrong. Are our leaders mature enough to do so or will they pull a Trump and blame it on someone else when people are stressed and less productive?

They will bring Hybrid back to address atrocious tell dell scores.
This is not accurate, what they did was tell all of their remote employees that they have to move within 50 miles of an office and be on a 3 day hybrid onsite schedule or be let go. That was just a month ago.
If they choose to stop RTO, the company will just stop talking about it and stop enforcing it.
