How much of the salary increase did you get during the current review cycle?

Inflation is running 9%+ this year and yet the company just awarded me a whooping 3.5% salary increase. Wondering what other people are getting this time around.

Inflation rates are grossly exaggerated due to covid. As Q engineers we have way above average purchasing power than most others. 3.5% is normal given that revenues are declining consistently and design wins are dwindling. If your team/manager treats you well you should be ok but never stop updating your resume
