So I know someone who works at progess place here around Cincinnati. Oh that their job is going to be outsourced. They are cutting the team etc, at least they were given a heads up a few months out. Any one know of other jobs changing or being eliminated?

What does a Regional Fulfillment Manager do??? Can they come to my store and pick or pack???? How about a Beauty Field Director?
They need to focus on packaging out and moving on from Store Managers who live in 1980's retail land and are still trying to manage their store that way. Some of them have not evolved with the times and are not understanding how to navigate the current climate nor the behaviors of the current generation of employee's
A lot of issues in store are due to a toxic environment set forth by the Store Manager
Progress Place is mostly HR functions, no? What function(s) are they outsourcing?
