I would like to know what's the severance package that Dell is offering in Ireland?

Does the 6 weeks per year include statutory redundancy payment? I heard it was 4 weeks from Dell + 2 from gov (statutory)
Ireland is certainly more generous than the US!
6 weeks + I month pay off for in lieu notice + 6 months medical cover + 6 months death in benefit + statutory redundancy + 75% of bonus for each month worked + outsource support
Dell can hire you back in a year and a day.
Overall it’s capped at two years salary

Jumping in here - Ive heard 6 weeks per year previously also but...Is it 6 weeks from Dell (plus 2 from government) or 4 weeks from Dell plus 2 from government for each year?

Being serious now.. I think it's already been mentioned on this site that it's six weeks of pay per year of service for Ireland.
