What org for director
Outside of the one going on this week? just heard of one Director level right now and expected more within related teams at other lower positions.
Managers in RR having 1x1 with other managers. Most are uncomfortable moving back to IC roles. Going from micro managers (control) to I don't know the tools or products.
Big cull of ex-managers will be happening in Sept. That's why the 1:20 was rushed through this month.

Big layoff in August and I heard only the top 1% will keep their jobs. Anyone else hear different ,?

If history is any indication, a big layoff will come right at the start of the 2nd half. The lists and targets will be cooked up in the coming weeks, and notifications will start in the first part of August.
