Thread regarding Medical Solutions layoffs

Marketing Anon

I feel overworked and slowly managed out while giving them too much time on useless initiatives. This has become so depressing

Onboarder here. Im exhausted. Im training and have a desk that I can't keep track of because of training wrs all day. I get off one call to get one another. Im sick from stress. Im mentally drained. I can't keep with this for much longer along with the new things they are putting in place.

@OP The new weekly and unrealistic metrics that are expected to roll out in June are meant to make people quit, or give them the evidence needed to fire us. The amount of work that we put in every week does not matter because they know they are overstaffed with recruiters. They will never do a layoff of recruiters because they could easily change the metrics and force us to lay ourselves off. The very experienced recruiters that chose to stay after getting an offer from different agencies are now regretting their decisions to stay. Most of us stayed because of the leadership that was just recently fired. This place is sc--wing us over financially and giving lower salaries to nurses to make up for poor money decisions they made during covid. Like a majority of the other recruiters, we all need to start looking for a different job. We need to be prepared for our jobs to be shipped to the Philippines or replaced by AI.
