Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Night shift tech $30-$40 plus 16% must have Netflix account 😂

How can a company success when most of the techs watch YouTube or Netflix every night oh that is the requirements. Am talking about my area but I bet most area the same. Most employees come to work just want to collect money that included me but I work my butt off at work, lot of people just come to pick their A$$ then go home then complain why the company is going down😂. My boss say we need more people because too much work but 3/4 of people coming in doing nothing then he ask for more people. Sorry but Intel is done

Research has proven: People who work nights destroy their bodies. In addition to aging faster, these people are more susceptible to serious diseases such as cancer and heart disease. Avoid night shifts as much as possible. A person should sleep at night, not be awake, it is against nature.

@bs He’s probably paying her alimony to fill her days with flight time and hard we---e. Might’ve stuck him with the kids so she could do it. I’d be mad about that, too!

There are bad apples. But please refrain yourself from following that style or even classifying others in that category.

@bh Does it bother you that she spends her days flying and her nights getting railed by other pilots on the regular? I kinda wanna be her. Sure sounds better than Intel! No mile-high club at Intel anymore either, with the shuttle shuttled. :-(

@a1 Don't worry, scrote. There are plenty of 'tards out there living really kick-a lives. My first wife was 'tarded. She's a pilot now.

@OP, Well that’s night shift for you, but working night shift su-ks and messes up your circadian rhythm. You are lucky to have one perhaps two techs that work and know what the he-l they are doing. I think some of this is a product of who Intel has hired in the past 5 to 7 years, but also seems like nobody’s watching the store in any given area anymore. Not having real time feedback discussions about the areas indicators and how well it’s doing. So you wonder why some techs don’t give a sh-t because there is no ramification for not giving a sh-t, not doing their job and sc--wing something up. I’m sure you know this already but your boss sounds clueless.

Intel IS done!! The few trinkets that are selling will be obsolete soon. Flawed and overpriced, non-competitive products are in play now.
