Im feeling the same way. It seems the focus isn't on safety anymore. Only metrics and how to get your boss stock options.
I will not allow myself to be drained at this he-l hole. I am on a 2 year cruise to freedom and I don't have a care in the world. My supervisor said they will try to represent me as best they can at the game. I don't care because I am nre and waiting for 55 to come. Retirement and freedom await me so don't get stuck and get out.
