Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

Happening now

SH has been asked to leave for approving mass promotions in CX of around 6700 people without performance validation. Thanks LC, we lost a good finance officer and now are stuck with a good riddance officer

Promotions without adjustments in pay scale? Baloney.

In that no one has mentioned a wage freeze I agree it's highly unlikely right now, but Cisco did do that when they had wage freezes. They're so common in industry they have a name: dry promotions.

@je the board can go fu-k themselves. the bulk cx promotions are the biggest insult to me since i started working here. i had almost gotten over it but now someone brought it up and i'm pi---d off all over again especially since its performance assessment time right now and i'm sure there's nothing on the table for me.

Yeah, because he can just do that without oversight or Board approval. Try a Business 101 Class you buffoon.
