Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Don’t bite the hand that feeds you

No not the company , the real competent contributors that support continued* growth

Always treat them well. Don’t understand how you haven’t learned this. Maybe it was forgotten. This is just basics from the book. First page.

It was mentioned many times that INCOMPETANCE in power at Ford will consume itself very soon. Their turn is coming. Everyone who delivered before is gone now. Big Sh--t talking will not help anymore.

@cd+1jw5qah6r hey, I’m on your side, I was making fun of them. They have no class and think they aren’t ignorant because they wear a suit and tie. Their whole meaning is looking perfect instead of embracing imperfection and feeling free. They are trapped and given a blueprint on how to do things. The people at ford aren’t producers, they are consumers and a product of their own environment. They confuse personality with competency instead of realizing it’s a super power in being creative. They are scared to be different for fear the great ford with go Among Us on them

"Expect a salary reduction or a job loss."

Especially in automotive, people should always be ready for this to happen. If your LL6, 5, or 4 tell you it's safe and layoffs are over, should you believe them? No. Believe actions and not words. Plan for everyone either lying to you or not knowing what they are talking about because most will lie and almost no one has any idea what's going on.

@bk At least I don't have to hear these id-ots anymore with their budget reductions. I will watch on a sideline when their turn comes and then hear what they say about their business schools and Ford.

Cost cutting is a very real part of every corporation. And high paid employees are the easiest place to start cutting costs. This is just reality. Expect a salary reduction or a job loss.
