Are there any other manufacturing sites that are feeling the crunch of TVOS? (Total Value Of Shipment) What strategies are your sites using to offset costs? I don't mind being off on holidays, however I only have so much vacation to cover the rest of the year.

Is everyone being FORCED to burn 4 days this week on vacation. That blows! Especially is school is still in. Looks like BB is trying the Chinese water torture on employees to get them to leave without a package. Minnesota Nasty indeed. And all this from a guy who spends blocks of time on a yacht in Florida.
It’s getting old having to use all our vacation when they want us to. Come Christmas nobody will have any.
It's pretty clear BB wants people to get so frustrated and demoralized that they will leave without a package. The guy will be gone by the end of 2027 because he will have "reinvented" 3M into a bunch of smaller pieces with vastly slimmed down research and SC support. Whilst earning 10 to 20 million per year. Not bad for a guy who was forced into retirement after gutting his last company.
Too bad tireman got the benefits of cheap share offerings now worth 150.
