Walt is trying to say that he and his executive council were "Servant Leadership". How did they serve us? By laying us off, cutting our benefits, and giving themselves raises. He is completely out of touch with reality and we need to let him know his legacy isn't what he thinks it is and we actually don't like him

Servant Leadership must be like when we put on an incredible amount of work last year for the final TDA transition, wrapping up years of hard work, only for leadership to do what they do best and make a bad call, causing us to only get that ~70% funding for bonus. Yeah I am still bitter about that. If he meant Servant Leadership only serving the stockholder’s quarterly earnings, yeah he got that right.
Most people are dead asleep, but the world is waking up. Corporations are nothing more than dead entities that are set up to exhaust us and treat us poorly. Most people in the United States are debt slaves. Corporations or a sandbox where bad people bubble up to the top and then make life he-l for the rest of us.
