are you a rabbit or a man? do the survey, tell it like it is, and i don't care who is watching.
I filled out the survey many times and the same Managers that are bullying union employees are still there nothing will change FIRE all managers and guarantee place will be better and company will save lots of $$$$$$
I’m not sure the survey matters or it’s completely anonymous but I’ve told them what I think for several years and I haven’t lost my job yet. Just sayin’
I lot of you are going to get dismissed and or quit anyways.
The place is going to he-l anyways
Name one thing UP cares about? Answer: employees
SURVEY SAYS.........MONEY with 96% sorry folks the the trains left the station!
Easy click Strongly Disagree on everything!
How long have you guys been on the railroad ? Everybody knows the “survey” is nothing but a dog & pony show. Not participating in the survey always sends the loudest message that morale is so bad that it’s not worth wasting your breath or your time. If the company truly cared about it’s employees they would show it in their actions.
I took the survey and was honest.
If they want to know how employees feel, tell them to go to the Glassdoor website.
I don’t believe them when they say it’s anonymous. Just more lies from management.
I have not done the survey in many years. I can’t figure out why they put so much pressure on us to take it.
What exactly is that survey supposed to accomplish? The last time survey that came out, they literally forced people to do one on company time. Ok, that's strange considering they don't allow employees to take care of other company related issues while on the clock. You have to do it after you log in with your personal ID and password, even though they said it's completely anonymous. If anyone has paid attention before logging in, the computers statrt-up screen has a disclaimer that's says basically you have no right to privacy and can be monitored at any time without your permission. The point is that if you really believe that the survey is doing some good, then go ahead and do the survey. Speak your mind and tell the rest of the industry what you really feel about the company. Just remember though it's entirely anonymous.
Dont fill out the survey if you wanna keep your job. You speak how you really feel about certain things and there gonna take you out. Thats what they mean when there saying "Good things come out of employee surveys" and if you get forced to do a survey , make sure you give them what they wanna hear.
Do not do the survey! It's a setup to charge and disciplined and investigate and dismiss you for your HONEST opinion and of this Utterly Pathetic outfit. Be very care my friends and co workers!!
