There are rumors more cuts...why? Are they trying to wipe out everyone and use robots like the cafeteria wiped out ALL cashiers and installed machines. Is AI the answer to save $$$$$

Management push for AI means more job loss. They will see how much work AI will do then layoffs will begin. But they will make sure to avoid WARN.
HR is behind schedule. There is a remap of all roles going on.
There is also another initiative of having management and direct reports & teams under the same office.
At some point this work is done an a "reorg" will happen.
@5vq I was in FC and so were others... seems the directive was to cut budgets for FY26 so teams are going after headcount I guess. We haven't tipped off the WARN act but waiting to see if maybe it posts.
Any updates on this
Which office
Just got my notice yesterday July 1 with my colleague... "re-org" so they say
Layoff will ramp up after July 4 holiday.
@23e Link at least one?
@1x0 Farewells posted via Linkedin now
Any update on cuts after Memorial Day
@c7 can someone confirm if this is true? No one is speaking about anything in my org. Looks like senior leadership has been successful in keeping it a secret
Makes sense to replace sketchy worker attendance with a kiosk you can Swipe without someone there. I like it!
O&I will lose the most people. Communication will be sent to just the immediate team because they are trying to hide the mass layoffs.
