Someone should have asked Zas if he was absolutely certain that he wanted to die on that hill prior to the acquisition of Warner Media. Since the acquisition WBD has been on a downward spiral. I think there is a very good chance WBD will declare bankruptcy in the not too distant future.

He knew Warner was not worth $43B, more like $8B.
criticize zaslav all you want but it's not his fault that hollywood is dead.
These are both true
Wrong, Zas is responsible for this toxic stew. He knew Warner was not worth $43B, more like $8B. Stankey at at&t lured Zas into a trap, not only overpaid, he also took on debt tied to the transaction. You can try to defend ole Zas all you want, his actions with regard to this transaction are indefensible. Zas got hoodwinked!
what makes you think warner has been a profitable company prior to zaslav buying it out? it's passed through 3 different hands in less than 20 years and failed with every single one.
WBD will last about as long as the rest of the legacy media, which is maybe a few more years on a super slim budget. criticize zaslav all you want but it's not his fault that hollywood is dead.
