It's amazing that management can sit there in an interview and say to a potential new hire that they'll receive at least 25 hours as a work schedule if they accept the offer to work at Lowe's and as soon as the new hire is on the payroll and a name is attached to the schedule, the new hire is only scheduled 4 hours, if that a week.
Then, Lowe's has the audacity to complain about how these new hires want to change their availabilities a week or two after being on the floor because they're not being scheduled what was said to them in the interview and they have to work a second job.
Just amazing logic management has.

I had a friend apply part time once at the interview he said 15-20 hours a week. They told him it would be 4 hours a week. Why even bother! I felt bad the guy was hurting for another job. His wife took everything and sc--wed him in faimly court too. The guy lives in his car.
Where is Sears? They did the same thing online ordering and people not having money due to inflation. More stores to close!
Sears did the same thing. Je-ks.
