This is a frank question - why do we do it every year. We align, and then we shuffle it again. It almost feels they do not want people to be comfortable, probably they think just about senior levels but this is exausting. I guess we gotta eat our own food since we are selling this reorg stuff tu clients as well. Maybe it's a good practice but it's driving me bananas.

This happens in lower levels as well. When they notice someone is too good for the level, they get moved to other teams or to something more challenging. Can not understand it as well.....
