it’s that I need to spend more energy looking after myself and make sure I dedicate more time to my job search than I ever have to this company. Yes, I’ll do my job, barely. I’ll treat the company the way it treats us: with little consideration, no understanding, and zero loyalty. And no, I won’t be doing any overtime unless it’s absolutely unavoidable.

In the end you are just a number and nothing more. Do not let this shytehole company put blinders on you to think any different, treat them accordingly. Take care of yourself and family more than their business goals.
I can see a lot of folks thinking this way. I'm right there with you. It's hard to keep giving 100% when you know this is the way you are treated. I'm sure I'll be on the list soon and hope I get a decent severance package. GP doesn't care about any of us.
