Congrats to this accomplishment. i would suggest using all of your vacation time and PBA time this summer. By the time football season gets here go ahead and leave Dell and take 4 months off. Going into 2026 you will find a better job, last thing you want in your life is to stay at Dell when the job market picks up. Dell has shown its true colors you dont need this.
