Role transitions

Email said “role transitions from our US based teams to our Philippine based teams”. So we went from the word “layoff” to “transition”? This Company is funny. The WRS (philipeene) group is messing up payroll and paychecks so bad! These poor nurses working hard don’t deserve this. You can’t train people in a month and say here you go. This is mind blowing to me. They are ignoring the fact these people are not ready to take all this on no matter how you try to spin it. Good luck MSP this rush of integration and transitioning is failing. Your problem now not ours.

Changing the wording doesn't change the fact people are being laid off and that's what the "transition" is.

My question is: has anyone here brought this page up to any WRS individuals? Maybe bringing them up to speed on what they really are getting into isn't the worst idea. Have them make the decision on staying with the company or bouncing themselves. It doesn't take much to realize how unorganized, unprofessional, and incompetent this company is. The more information the WRS individuals know (going back to the first Oct 2023 layoffs and everything in between) may be a benefit for them to make informative decisions on leaving themselves. Just a random thought.
