Thread regarding Ford layoffs

New CEO of Pro post disappeared quickly

Was it the dancing skill mentioned? Or the two people competing to be Cannis’ replacement? How is Frick able to manage Pro as a part time job? Apparently Pro doesn’t need its own CEO.

Next CEO! Frick is 100 percent the next one up.

It makes sense. But you really have to have business acumen to understand.

Most of Model e and Pro have MBAs. Their thought processes and intelligence are far different than anything a laborer or trades person or even a traditional engineer could ever grasp.

This is our path forward. If you install luggage nuts or are a pipefitter or engineer IPs, then you'll be a part of all three's success!

There is no point to the 3 division. Just another way to multiply management ranks. Think about it - not a single Ford car can be made without all three (Pro, E, and Blue). It's all BS.

Ford Pro should be merged into Model e where it belongs. Pro is becoming a leader in software and services, thus it makes sense to include Pro under Model e leadership to gain efficiencies of scale.

PRO is a train wreck of toxicity and incompetent leadership.
