Planning my escape, but I’ve seen how HR treats people on the way out. Suddenly they care about your "feedback" after ignoring you for years. Anyone just ghost and skip the exit interview? I’d rather not sit through an hour of fake concern if I can avoid it in any way.

ACN is a giant resource machine, we are all just numbers regardless of level. They cut MDs, they cut analysts, with same intensity and with any emotion removed. And it's not only Accenture, all companies mimic this behavior, it's just that we do it better than anyone else.
I skipped it. Not worth my time.
