Still not hearing about any cuts today, but it’s hard to believe they actually hit 1,5k in a single day. If you know someone got let go, please say something. The silence is brutal, feels like we’re all just waiting to be picked off, one by one, with zero answers. Not knowing anything is the hardest part.

I know of someone who was laid off today, but unsure if it was a ripple effect from yesterday. Haven’t heard of any others though, but rumor mill is more are happening today.
They like to say "the worst is over" but each time they've done this, it has been worse than the previous. For now, just turtle, head down, don't rock the boat or do anything that would cause a Coaching, or below target (yes I know that's difficult since it can be anything, and in the end it doesn't really impact the List) and keep your fingers crossed that come February 2026, you don't pop up on the List then, and if not then, the List mid-year. Rinse repeat. Eventually after you've been there long enough you may, just may, find you're on the List.
No additional lay offs that I'm aware of. Morning meetings with management stated the worst is over and no more were planned.
