Has anyone had direct experience with working with GCC? Are they actually as inefficient as the Glassdoor reviews suggest? My only interaction with them was a Service Now request for software access that took a full month to get granted.

But think of how much money we're saving by hiring incompetent people at slave wages!
Not efficient at all.
My access request took two months and only got escalated because of my manager. This was also just access to a single site, two months. Unacceptable in any other company but Waters looks the other way when the gcc fails to accomplish even simple tasks
If your ticket was resolved within a month, consider yourself lucky
