When you're trying to leave, but you're not young enough to be the "fresh talent" everyone wants, and not old enough to collect that pension. I've got the skills, but all anyone sees is the mileage. Start piling up cash. This company is a
soul stealer and morale buster. When you get enough saved to live for six months, QUIT. You will find something that meets your needs in that time.
