Company has been in a death spiral ever since Vista PE took it over.
The best, experienced talent and performers left or were pushed out (preference for cheaper labor).
I don't hold out much hope for the new CEO and exec team not taking the same gaslighting approach with employees as before.
The product is bloated, clunky and dated too.
Avoid as an employee or a customer at all costs.
Lots of operational cuts all over the place. Let go of some high achievers and good product people. Who knows WTF the criteria was. New PE ownership, new CEO in the last month and they just slashed. Had the $ to buy another company and host their big iCIMS Inspire party a couple weeks later like everything is alright, but yet this. Trust is lost, a lot of us that made it through looking to split.
I see no info about this anywhere. Is there a ceo email or anything talking about this

What a sh---y company. Very thankful I'm not there, but I feel sorry for anyone that is. If you are affected don't worry - you'll land somewhere far better.
They have enough money for Skill Survey, but not enough for their employees during an economic down turn.
