At TCS, the business model is simple: squeeze every last drop of labor out of their H1-B workforce, dangle the green card like a 15-year mirage, and toss you aside when you’re no longer useful. No raises, no bonuses—unless you’re someone’s pet project or happen to be the manager’s favorite.
For everyone else, there’s a clear career path: work 80-hour weeks, get zero recognition, no raises, no bonuses and then get discarded like trash the moment you are not useful. Promotions? Only if you are willing to trade your dignity for office politics. Appreciation? Reserved for those who master the art of flattery, not actual performance.
TCS doesn’t just exploit talent—they build an entire empire on it. Wrapped in glossy career pages and fake “employee engagement” awards, it’s a masterclass in corporate hypocrisy. But behind the scenes? It’s just a slow-motion meat grinder for visa holders hoping for a shot at stability.

Yeah, nothing new. I was there for almost 6 years and was laid off last year ... and I warned people here as well, but nobody listened. TCS is a very shady company. Look for another role and get out while you can. If you can't I get it, but keep looking. Always have a backup plan.
must trash be trash waiting to be picked and disposed
So why are you still here
