Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

only 1% can ever exceed expectations regardless of how hoard you work

let that sink in

approx (allegedly) 30,000 employees.

1% of that is 300

those 300 have to specifically have senior executive approvals to get that raise. so for example if you put your manage forward they have to approve it at the executive level.

The irony is that they are so far removed they have no idea what’s going on at that level

I now have to compete with my peers to claim my employee is better than theirs when the reality is that they are both amazing and deserving.

from what i’ve heard it’s all down to how Gibblets managers his team

we deserve better.

the svps that enable jg are as culpable

I received and exceeds 3 years ago and got a whopping 1% extra. Then was laid off the following year.

OP, you must mean Far Exceeds - or someone is hiding all their Exceeds from you!

For the last few years my org has had about 10-13% Exceeds.

And I bet it's 300 senior mgmt who get that exceeds. We know JG hates promoting anyone downline unless he absolutely has to to fill a vacancy. Every "we can create a role for you," promise is a lie.

Nothing will change.. if you seek a new opportunity elsewhere don’t look back.. people are brainwashed to believe this is normal treatment..it is not! All focus is on KC…even to the point sr leaders will start hosting internal meetings at new KC location..

He is raking in the millions. Nothing is getting done except a big sh-t show. Follow up follow up and more follow up. Each day is the same thing over and over, begging for those to do their job. Already spending way too much time and energy trying to get things moving. It is exhausting, NOT appreciated, and I am ready to say, see ya. They su-ked what I did care to who gives a cr-p.

I had 2 leaders that worked nights and weekends during outages to keep clients online through no fault of their own

we kept a record of their hours worked and accomplishments - all were quite significant

I put i. for their promotions and was told it would be considered

2 years later and i learnt that Gibbons sat on them as he didn’t think they deserved it but no constructive feedback was ever provided.

one of them left and as a result 8 people had to cut their weekends short to provide on call rotation schedules when things failed and clients got upset

Where is JGibbons when front line people are impacted by his cost cutting exercises?
