Thread regarding Waters Corp. layoffs

I challenge HR to create a system for rating managers by their direct reports

Isn't this being done to prevent the current managers from leaving?

HR at Waters is useless. Don't even bother going to HR, your complaint will be used against you.

HR at Waters stands out for how su-ky it is. That dept. is a JOKE.

My manager pretends they trained me to their bosses but everyone knows I am the essential person. They just dipped their fingers to things I touched. They should be fired.

Waters HR has a tendency to support and condone abusive managers, especially in the Waters division. The situation was particularly problematic under the previous VP, who stepped down in 2023. Despite the arrival of a new VP, implementing change has proven difficult, as many leaders and managers who operated under the old VP continue to exhibit their abusive behavior
