Sounds like HR wrote this. They have a new way of reducing cost - create an atmosphere of fear and disempowerment so people quit. Win-Win for Mike - lower head count and severance savings
Except people aren't getting through this "together"...they're unexpectedly and arbitrarily losing their jobs in a terrible market because a microdick who's literally never even had a job in housing is on a powertrip...
