@y0 I also live in Wisconsin and took the VSRP buyout I was not aware that we were eligible for unemployment but I might have to look in to this. Thank you for posting this

@y0 what did you explain happened? I explained there was a mandatory meeting and buyout, but now they are having me appeal it.

What is reason we give for the vrsp on unemployment forms? Can anyone help with that?

California law is that severance if payment for past performance and not current salary no matter how it is paid in the future. Therefore you can have both.

HR will not tell you that so they save money on employment insurance.
