Today’s two sessions were… enlightening, if one’s goal was to witness the ongoing unraveling of coherent leadership. The morning session, led by two executives, offered a masterclass in saying absolutely nothing with great conviction. Confidence in their messaging? Nonexistent. The union consultation continues to resemble a case study in dysfunction.
I returned for the afternoon session, admittedly out of curiosity—perhaps the morning’s performance was hindered by a lack of caffeine or prescription support. Unfortunately, clarity remained elusive, with conflicting answers only reinforcing the earlier confusion.
Until there's a serious reassessment of leadership capability, it seems this circus is set to continue, fire them all now.
