There were some individuals who got notices yesterday in onboarding/compliance, finance/payroll, and HR. This hasn't been mentioned from what I've been reading from yesterday's posts after the Town Hall meeting.
30 day notices were given in those departments.
Another round of 30 day notice layoffs happening in the credentialing division today. Feels like the town hall was a complete lie. Everything is not great and the company is still falling apart. Prepare for travelers starting on time to be a thing of the past.
To answer how to find someone with WRS, all you have to do is look in the emails anent out and within the members of an email distribution list. You will be able to see who isn’t “medsol”. Once you find one name you will be able to look into their organization chart, all the way up to their VP. Every position/ department we have here at medsol, they have the exact mirror image. Besides C-suite, there is not one position they don’t already have someone titled ready to take your place.
They have changed their strategy by giving 30 day notices to avoid severance! Anything to fu-k people over!
How do you search for someone from WRS? Do they have Tech people like software developers also?
I’m not entirely sure why it’s hush hush when they sent out an email saying “oh hey it’s a great day to be jobless, we’ll call ya soon” first thing in the damn morning. I half way expected this thread to pop off with info but it’s been crickets. We need to share this forum with more people. There are details out there we are missing in sure.
So sorry I had not heard this everything is hush hush anymore. Shady a-s company! Will be happy when this journey (living HE-L) is over. I am praying for all of us. Thankful for this space if it weren’t for this page we would be completely in the dark.
No idea how many were affected. Just heard the news this morning with some people opening up about receiving the layoff notice yesterday. I'm curious as well as to how many got that notice. But know those departments are the ones who were hit yesterday after people have opened up about the notice.
Been waiting on this news. About how many do we know? If anyone is interested, go to teams or wherever and find someone from WRS then look at their organization chart. Click on each name to see who is under them or who they’re under. There is not ONE department at medsol that WRS doesn’t have right now. They have this ball rolling and it’s going down hill fast. Every single person in each department needs to realize they have already hired your replacement! Look for yourself.
