Yeah, our IESNP VP before she left a bit ago used to scream, threaten, and yell at managers and team about admits with unreasonable and inhumane expectations of what should be done. Basically ok to let them / force them into compliance and say they shouldn’t be on the plan if they don’t agree which is illegal. The DCO just as bad , would harass managers and she knew it was unrealistic.
Hope the out some people I jail or revoke their licenses to practice. All the VPs and so many DCOs are complicit in this. They even linked annual evals to APK as well as sight APK goals. Not based on clinical merit. Technically RAF scores should correlate to how sick members in and therefore admits expected.
All those VPs and DCOs having goals for APK. When I left UHC the next employer was shocked about how UHC talked and used APK
