They’ve talked about being human centered during times of layoffs. I am on my division calls where only thing I see are scared and sad faces. Is this the best way to treat our people? I realize that the org is bloated. Our leaders are at fault for allowing that to happen. How about starting with letting go accountable and non performing GPs first before the mid tier leaders who had no say in the poor decision?

This is the first time the term "human centered" actually makes sense. 3000 humans just got VSP a option.
