Lots of leadership changes/shuffling in Optum Serve. On recent all hands call, leadership said “there will be changes.” I assume this means layoffs?

Layoffs are definitely coming. Start using PTO and have your resumes ready.
Finally. Most of them are used car salesmen, big pie in the sky ideas and constantly moving around so the truth that they are incompetent won’t catch up to them! I am not sure how they were put in positions of leadership. All catching up to UHG.

Right!? How long until layoffs start?
They need to win Fed contracts first. They fell behind with their legacy systems. There is a lot of fat at Optumserve…kinda like the govt agencies they serve. Given the overall negativity towards United with their cyber hack, anti trust investigations, CEO resignations, etc OS will need to go way beyond what the RFP states! Past performance alone won’t cut it this time around.
