To be honest, I don't give a fudge about the changes in top and mid tiers. I don't even attend any of the group/leadership calls regarding performance and change.. I've stopped worry about anything since spun off. All I'm concerned about is my paycheck. I know, Some day, they will lay me off and I'm prepared for this... :)
Matt took a LOA and when he returned was put into Operations. Smart use of a top level Sales Executive.
