MFT honest report and the outcome: Partial track in the insight.

We want to share with that employee that gave MFT honest report, which in our case was poor perfmonace to direct manager because he is indeed a bad manager,and the outcome to us was - Partial track in the insight to all employess that deliver bad MFT to his manager. So be carefull!

Its not confidentional and you will be burn unless you are giving 10/10 to your manager....

I left a negative review for my mgr last week. Two days later she was livid in our 1:1. It sounds like she knows, but maybe she is fishing to try to find out who did it. I imagine that the gauntlet is going to fall hard on me. Not too long from know.
I am doubting claims of anonymity for this survey.

This issue is a thing of the past. After the next wave of layoffs, If you are a manager and you're still at Intel you wont be the type who's worried about an employee reporting you for poor permanence. 😜

Best advice is to avoid MFT.

It can only promote your manager if he got 10/10

If its less? The employee will get PARTIAL TRACK as revenge, thats very common so dont be surprised...

You gave your manager low performance so he gave you as well low performance

Fu-k your manager! They are the reason Intel is in this mess. YOU WORK FOR INTEL. INTEL must survive for you to continue working there. You managers have proven they are unwilling to help that happen.
