what does everyone make of the new changes?

Curious what others think of the new changes.

I was grade 19 and am now in career level 4 which also includes G18.

No pay rise but annual bonus has been increased from 6% to 10%.

Curious to hear what is hapening with other graded and whether anyone is receiving a pay increase and general thoughts if any?

Can anyone tell me why it’s a bad thing to combine grade levels ?
I mean your salary in the worst case will stay same as your current salary !
And what are people talking about this is done so company can compare your salary with other companies .. well can you explain it n detail

I’m grade 19 my colleague on grade 17 got a pay increase of 4500k and her new title appears better than mine.
My other collage is now a supervisor but they are ica
This makes no sense at all
Why do the bad workers always get the pay increase
You need to pay the good workers a special bonus you are unknowingly getting rid all of the good people
Why do they get increased bonus
3 years here at pay that is 20% less than industries standard
I’ve learned enough
I know this is a move before layoffs
Anyway we are all underpaid and lied to
We make extremely large profits last year but the company acts like it’s failing
Simple answer
Increase all pay by 30% all staff will be happy and work harder
Offer a good voluntary anonymous package to get the lazy to leave it will be worth it
We have over 12% that want to leave from latest report
Do the right thing
Become the best
We need to do it.
I thought Alex would have realised all of this
Pay the good more
Offer incentive for the lead weights to leave
Within one year we will be 190% more productive
I did propose this idea so you know who I am
But you also know I’m leaving soon so I don’t care. Sue me…
I keep reporting that we need to pay more and get the to be honest time thief’s and lazy to leave even if we need to pay them it will be economical viable

It's business as usual until I know more. There are so many changes all the time, you can't react to all of it / take it personally or you will burn yourself out.

The problem is mentality of managemnet. Company is very profitable and wealthy but acts like a starving child. Aimless, lost and scrounging for $$

This was done purely to give the company something to point to in order to say we are not underpaid compared to the salary means. Read the salary differences online between a team lead and a senior analyst, or an investigator and an analyst. The difference is 30k for some of these roles. The company retitled groups of pwople and limped them all in like categories for their advantage, at the detriment of employees. We can no longer say we are below average comps and ask for ours to be reconaidered, as they will simply point to the data that show the new totles we have are within average salary ranges. The designated distictions between level I and II within these grades have also been removed. This gave a rise in pay to some of the lower grades moved into the other, whilst taking away the earned promotion and distinction for those who earned a higher level- and rises in pay were absent for the higher levels who gained the promotions.
