NEX business is certainly on the decline... Intel doesn't even report it as a business unit any more... and that can only mean one thing...

Broadcom has rolled up most of this sector so might be interested, but private equity has been accumulating various assets from Intel and others, so maybe that is the best fit.

Like Altera, it is not a bad business.
