My manager is grade 30 or 31 in India office n always messaging me during US off office hours, not to mention he treats me like I am an Indian culturally.. like joining calls late, not showing up, answering personal calls during teams meetings, eating while on call. I am also Indian but I have been in us 30+ years so I tend to be like an American culturally but my manager doesn't realize that
Get rid of the managers onshore who highly micromanage with unreasonable EOD task and constantly change policy that stresses everyone out. Let the lay offs continue please! Good riddance! Peace out time to look for a healthy work place.
So far, UHN Q2 Earning call is estimated to be Tuesday, July 15th. The date has not been confirmed.

Not sure, but I did hear that some Indian resources above a 28 are getting cut. I think they are going to get rid of offshore managers that are managing onshore resources.
