There are silent layoffs in progress. Management can come up with reason like we want all G11s to be located in countries A and B, but you are living in country C - so sorry you don't fit in this new scheme, bye bye.

They still haven't spent all the money from last year's allocation.

Woke up today in a panic. I used to think if we did well at the end of the quarter, we were ok, but I guess not.
