Ever seen a place where leadership smiles in meetings but operates like a dictatorship behind closed doors? They preach "teamwork" while systematically shutting down anyone who questions their methods. To add insult to injury, the worst offenders keep climbing the ladder. At this point, it's obvious the system rewards toxicity. What a depressing way to run a company.

It is perpetuated by spineless sycophants in middle management who are too fearful of their higher ups to take any meaningful risks. They have made a conscious decision to become part of the problem in order to reap the rewards offered by a broken system. The problem snowballs.
