…sigh…nobody must work for intel. Back in 2016 EE (exceed expectations) did not get laid off. Others below did or got vsp.

7% is on the high end unless promotion was involved. If no promotion then 7% is most likely on the higher end and valued employee. But who the fu-k knows nowadays
