Funny to hear Dell ‘won’ this award again in the quarterly review. It’s an award you have to apply for, and it costs $15K in fees. Isn’t it ironic?

As a shareholder of Dell, wasting money on non-business activities is a problem. And there's a risk that if the IRS denies these as expenses, who will pay this money?
