Show me the incentives, I'll show you the results. When execs can double their bonus when they cut staff, move staff overseas and pass on fees to our customers, you should know what to expect. Until they start linking their bonus to employee and customer promoter scores, this place is going to keep on doing the same stuff.

They dont want the bad press. Our group doesnt even get told when somebody leaves on their own. And then leadership lies about the number. I asked my manager weeks ago about today and they told me it was all " water cooler talk" and held no truth. Yet here we are. For a clown that walks around saying keep me honest , you sir our full of bull.

leaders that do stuff like this in secret are not good people. even if you survive this layoff keep that in mind.

2 things needed to be a good leader...1. you are looking out for me. 2. you have a brain in your head. that is pretty much it.
